Coastal Affair is a one our favorite beach houses! Luxury at its best! It is all about its coastal style located right on 30A just down the street from Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach and Rosemary Beach. This 7 bedroom and 6 1/2 bathroom house is a newly renovated home with beautiful private pool (15x30-can be heated) and a carriage house. It has all new furnishings that are very refreshing. Nothing beats enjoying the gulf views from the 2nd and 3rd decks or swimming in the pool. Don't miss staying here!

Great Expectations is our beach house that will surpass your expectations.  You can wake up every morning looking right at the water. Not only that, you walk right off the deck onto the white sandy beach. It is located right on 30A near Gulf Place in Santa Rosa Beach. This 5 bedroom and 5 1/2 bathroom house of ours has recently been updated inside and out. It has a private pool (15x30-can be heated) for your enjoyment. And we hope you enjoy the exquisite art from the 30A  artist Gordie Hinds thoughout the house. Enjoy the view!

Ocean Breeze is our beach house where there is always a breeze! If you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful place to be then this is it.  Located 1/2 mile east of Rosemary Beach, Ocean Breeze sits two houses down from the Helen Camp State Park. This 3 bedroom 2 1/1 bathroom house is known for its spacious decks and relaxing indoor and outdoor furniture with 2 hammocks to nap or swing in. We have recently put in a spacious pool to relax in after a day at the beach. Come stay awhile!
